There are three industrial warehouse facilities, leased to Amazon.com, and available for investment.
One is in Fernley Nevada, 30 minutes from Reno; one in Campbellsville Kentucky; and one in Coffeeville Kansas. The Fernley facility comprises 588,560 square feet of industrial warehouse space; the Campbellsville Ky facility has 727,000
of available footage; and Coffeeville has 876,761 square feet.
