Another Plus...In Las Vegas, certain areas are designated as a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). These are sites at which special Customs procedures may be used. FTZ procedures allow domestic activity involving foreign items to take place as if it were outside the United States Custom Territory. Goods may remain in an FTZ as "Duty Free" until domestic distribution. If, however, the product is exported from the FTZ to a foreign market, no Customs Duty nor Excise Tax is levied.
Depending on your business, this zoning could make a tremendous difference in your expense structure, and bottom line profits!
